By accessing, using, or placing an order through this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use this site or any associated services.
All orders are deemed final upon placement. Customers are solely responsible for reviewing all product details, specifications, and personal information provided prior to completing a transaction. Once submitted, orders are immediately processed and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded except where permitted under our Refunds & Exchanges policy. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion without providing a reason.
Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. Customers are eligible for a free exchange or reprint solely in the event of verifiable damage, defects, or fulfillment errors:
We reserve the right to evaluate and reject claims that do not meet our criteria. Monetary refunds, credits, or alternative compensations will not be issued.
All physical products are shipped using reputable third-party logistics providers. Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer. We are not liable for shipping delays or carrier-related issues. In the event of a lost package, we will initiate a review process based on tracking records and may offer a replacement at our sole discretion.
Orders picked up in-person are inspected and verified at the time of handoff. No exchanges, returns, or replacements are accepted once the pickup is completed and acknowledged by the customer.
Apparel items are fulfilled by independent third-party vendors (e.g., Printful). Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts prior to ordering. Exchanges related to sizing preferences are not permitted unless the item is defective. Sizing issues are not classified as production defects.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. By completing a purchase, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the full amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. We do not store or have direct access to your payment credentials. Fraudulent activities will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
We collect personal information necessary for fulfilling orders and responding to inquiries, including but not limited to name, email address, shipping address, billing address, and phone number. Optional Instagram usernames may also be collected through our contact form for communication or marketing purposes.
Your security is important to us. All data transmissions are protected by SSL encryption. Payments are processed securely through third-party platforms. Administrative access to personal information is strictly limited. Customers may request account deletion or data removal by contacting us through the provided channels.
By placing an order, creating an account, or submitting an inquiry, you consent to receive promotional emails from Everything Ultra. These communications may include special offers, product launches, and other marketing content. Customers can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link found in our emails.
Everything Ultra is operated under Tride Designs, LLC in Miami, Florida, United States. Any disputes arising out of the use of our website or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

All flag designs, apparel designs, and custom graphics sold or displayed through Everything Ultra are created solely by our team. Certain designs may incorporate elements generated through AI technology, which are further edited, customized, and finalized by Everything Ultra designers.
All photographs displayed in our galleries, asset libraries, and promotional materials depicting Ultra Music Festival or related events have been personally captured by Everything Ultra. These images are used to document the fan experience and festival culture.
