Please read these Terms carefully before using everythingultra.com, operated by Tride Designs, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or its services.
1. Orders and processing
Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, selected variants, delivery information, and contact details before payment. Once submitted for production, made-to-order items generally cannot be canceled or modified. We may refuse or cancel an order when fulfillment, payment, inventory, address verification, or legal requirements prevent completion.
2. Refunds and exchanges
Because products are made to order, change-of-mind and sizing returns are not accepted. Verified damage, manufacturing defects, or fulfillment errors may qualify for a replacement or other legally required remedy.
- Contact us within seven calendar days of delivery.
- Include clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- Keep the item and packaging while the claim is reviewed.
This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
3. Shipping
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Orders may ship in separate packages. Carrier delays and incorrect customer-provided addresses can affect delivery. Contact us promptly if tracking shows an issue so we can review it with the fulfillment provider.
4. Apparel and sizing
Apparel is fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand partners including Printful. Review the size guide before ordering. Selecting the wrong size is not a manufacturing defect.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Eligible wallets, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, may be offered by Stripe depending on the customer’s device, browser, region, and account settings. Everything Ultra does not store full card details.

6. Information collected
We collect the information needed to operate the site, respond to inquiries, process payments, fulfill orders, prevent fraud, and provide customer support. This can include names, contact details, billing and shipping information, cart contents, order records, device information, and correspondence.
7. Data protection
We use reasonable security measures, encrypted connections, restricted administrative access, and third-party payment processing. No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure. Customers may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
8. Marketing
Marketing messages are sent only as permitted by applicable law and can be unsubscribed from using the link in the message. Transactional order and service messages may still be required.
9. Governing law
Everything Ultra operates under Tride Designs, LLC in Miami, Florida. These Terms are governed by applicable Florida and United States law, without excluding mandatory consumer protections.
10. Updates
We may update these Terms as the site or services change. The effective date will be updated when material revisions are published.
11. Third-party live feed
The live feed is provided by a third party. Everything Ultra does not own or control the video feed and is not responsible for its availability or content.
12. Intellectual property and disclaimer
Original designs and photography displayed by Everything Ultra remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Customer-supplied artwork must be owned or properly licensed by the customer.
Everything Ultra is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with Ultra Music Festival, its parent company, or its subsidiaries.
